Obituary of Anne R Juselis

Anne Ruoff Juselis, 93, of Melbourne, Florida, died peacefully in her sleep on 24 Dec, 2023, at Vitas
HealthCare Center in Rockledge FL. Born January 31, 1930 in New York City, she was predeceased
by her parents, husband Vincent Juselis and her son Stephen Juselis also of Melbourne, Fl.
Anne grew up in Waterbury CT and earned a nursing degree from Waterbury Hospital School of
Nursing. She worked for many years at Hartford Hospital where her patients were grateful for her
dedication, and caring professionalism. She was also a homemaker and mother of five spirited
children she raised with her husband “Vinny" in Glastonbury CT. Anne loved warm and sunny
climates and after her retirement from nursing, Anne and Vinny moved to Florida. She had a second
successful career in real estate. Her hobbies included ceramics, shell collecting, making stained glass,
all of which she turned into works of art. She loved traveling the world, camping in her motorhome
and making friends along the way. She loved her many pets that included several dogs, cats and two
talking parrots named Rainbow and Pearly. Her favorite soft drink was Moxie, which she would
offer to anyone willing to try it.


Anne is survived by four of her children, Gregory Juselis of Portsmouth RI, Phillip Juselis of Walnut
Cove, NC; Bruce Juselis of Tampa FL; Lisa Juselis-Lukmin of East Hampton CT. Anne is also
survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Jan 9th, 2024 at the Holy Name of Jesus Church, 3050 N Highway
A1A, Indialantic, Florida, 32903, at 1:00 pm. The family would like to thank those that extended
emotional support to Anne during her final days. Flowers can be provided to the Church for her
memorial service or a donation can be provided to the Salvation Army Charity in her name.
